I build software for businesses I understand — because I run some of them.

Jonathan Bandiola
I'm the developer behind JCP Systems & Solutions. I build point-of-sale systems, billing platforms, business management tools, networking setups and custom software — mostly for small businesses around Davao del Sur, including my own pisonet, computer parts and ISP operations.
I didn't come into this as an outside contractor writing software for clients I'd never really understand. I started by building tools to run my own businesses, which meant every feature had to actually hold up at the counter, at the end of the month, and when a customer disputes a bill. That's still how I build.
How I work
Start from the real workflow
Before writing code, I look at how the business already runs — the paper logs, the habits, the exceptions — so the system fits instead of forcing a rewrite of how people work.
Build it, then use it
Most of what I ship, I run myself first — in my own ISP billing, my own POS, my own expense tracking — so bugs surface before a client ever hits them.
Keep maintaining it
A system isn't done at launch. I keep fixing, adjusting and extending the software I build for as long as the business is running on it.
Where I put my time
-
Business systems that hold real dataPOS, billing, inventory and accounting tools that businesses depend on daily — not prototypes.
-
Accuracy over featuresA due date that shifts by a day or a total that doesn't reconcile causes real problems — correctness comes first.
-
Software built for the Philippine small-business contextUtang tracking, partner profit-splits, offline-first tools for spotty connectivity — built around how business is actually done here.
-
Long-term maintenanceI stay with the systems I build, fixing and extending them as the business changes.
